Im sorry I replied to this sooo late, finally got my laptop working again (yay!). Anyway, what I did for those days was eat as clean as possible, no junk food, very little to no processed foods, sticking as close to whole foods as I could. I did work out everyday: cardio and lifting, emphasis on lifting ;). Really, you just have to stick with it, I haven’t been “sticking with it” lately though, I’ve been soooo lazy :/ hopefully I get back to it! Thanks for your question!
